Absolutely. You do not need to come to Zamar with a specific product already selected. Tell us who the items are for, what you are trying to accomplish, your approximate quantity, budget, and deadline. We can help narrow the options and recommend products and ordering approaches that make sense.
Do you offer price breaks?
Yes. In many cases, the more you order, the lower the cost per item. Pricing depends on the product, decoration method, quantity, and design.
Can I mix items to receive the best price break?
Often, yes, as long as the items use the same design and decoration setup. The exact pricing will depend on the products you choose, so we can review the order and recommend the most cost-effective approach.
What if I am on a tight budget and don't know what is available in my price range?
That’s exactly where Zamar can help. Tell us your budget, approximate quantity, audience, and what the items are for. We can research options that fit your needs rather than asking you to sort through thousands of products yourself.
What is the turnaround time?
Many standard screen printing and embroidery projects require around two weeks, but timing depends on product availability, quantity, artwork, production schedules, shipping, and delivery.
If you have a firm event date or deadline, contact us as early as possible so we can review what is realistic.

Sometimes. Rush options depend on the product, artwork, quantity, shipping requirements, and our current production schedule.

Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary depending on the product and decoration method.
Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 garments. Promotional-product minimums vary by manufacturer. Embroidery may be possible in smaller quantities, although setup costs can make larger quantities more cost-effective.

What is a custom online store?
A custom online store gives employees, families, supporters, or group members one organized place to view approved products and place orders.
Stores can be used for employee apparel, school spirit wear, fundraising, onboarding programs, wellness gifts, events, and recurring merchandise.
When should I use a custom store instead of a bulk order?
A bulk order may make sense when everyone needs the same product, quantities are already known, and one person is managing payment and distribution.
A custom store may be helpful when individuals need to choose their own products or sizes, place their own orders, or when the organization expects recurring orders.

Does my custom store have to stay open all year?
No. Depending on the program, a store may be created for a limited ordering window or used as an ongoing store for recurring needs.

Can Zamar help us decide what should go in the store?
Yes. In fact, keeping the collection focused is usually better than filling the store with hundreds of options.

Screen Printing FAQs
Can I mix and match shirt colors?
Yes. Different garment colors can usually be included in the same order as long as the same ink colors and design are being used.
If the ink colors need to change between garments, additional setup or production fees may apply.
Can I get just one shirt screen printed?
Typically, screen printing requires a minimum of 12 shirts.
You may be able to mix different garment styles while using the same screen-printed design.
What can you screen print on?

Embroidery FAQs
Can I get just one shirt embroidered?
Yes. You can have just one item embroidered, although there is typically a setup or digitizing cost. Once the artwork has been properly prepared for embroidery, the same embroidery file may be reusable for future orders using that design.
What do you need to digitize my logo?
We can usually begin with common digital artwork formats such as JPG, PDF, EPS, or AI.
Embroidery requires the artwork to be converted into a specialized embroidery file that tells the equipment how the design should be stitched.
Can every logo be embroidered exactly as it appears?
Not always. Very small lettering, fine details, gradients, or complicated artwork may need to be simplified for embroidery.
We will review your artwork and explain any recommended changes before production.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?
It depends on the garment, artwork, quantity, appearance, and budget.
Embroidery is often a strong choice for polos, jackets, hats, uniforms, and professional apparel. Screen printing is often a good choice for t-shirts, hoodies, larger graphics, and group orders.

Artwork & Proofing FAQs
What artwork formats do you prefer?
Preferred vector artwork formats include:
- EPS
- AI
- Vector PDF
Whenever possible, fonts should be converted to outlines or curves.
If you do not have production-ready artwork, send us what you have and we can let you know what is needed.
Will I see my design before production?
Yes. You will have an opportunity to review the artwork or digital proof before production begins.
This gives you a chance to confirm details such as design, placement, colors, and other project specifications.
What if my logo isn't production-ready?
Send us the best version you have. We can review it and let you know whether it needs to be recreated, converted, digitized, or otherwise prepared for the decoration method you choose.
